We primarily service the Central Okanagan. Our standard service area (no travel fee) includes Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, and Peachland. Listings out to Vernon and down to Penticton (including Summerland) have a $75 travel fee. For anything further, please contact us for a quote.

Tour Shots offers a full suite of real estate marketing services including professional photography, cinematic video tours, social media reels, aerial drone photography and video, iGuide virtual tours with floor plans, virtual staging, virtual twilight editing, and property websites. We also provide services for Airbnb and short-term rental hosts. All services are available individually or as part of our bundled packages starting at $335.

Photography on its own starts at $225 for homes under 2,000 sq ft. Our packages bundle more for less: the Essential Tour ($335) includes interior and exterior photos, aerial photography and a basic floor plan. The Plus Tour ($435) adds an iGuide 3D virtual tour with iGuide floor plans and measurements. The Premier Tour ($695) adds a social media reel (or a cinematic walkthrough, from $815) and a custom listing website domain. Drone is included in every package, and add-ons like aerial photos, a reel or virtual staging can be added to a photos-only shoot. Every size and option is on our pricing page.

We guarantee next-day delivery by 9:00 AM for all real estate photography, drone, and virtual tours. Real estate video tours (both cinematic and vertical social reels) are also delivered the next day. While we often deliver video the morning after the shoot, we allow until the end of the next business day for larger video projects to ensure the highest quality editing.

Most standard photo shoots take between 1 – 1.5 hours. If you are adding video services (such as a cinematic tour or social reel), please allow for 2 to 3 hours on-site to ensure we capture all necessary footage.

We offer a flexible, common-sense weather policy. We can still shoot interiors if it is raining, and we will return to capture drone/exterior photos when the weather clears at no extra charge. We do not charge cancellation or rescheduling fees. You can also easily reschedule your appointment instantly through our online booking system without needing to call.

Yes! If it is a gloomy day, we include Blue Sky replacement on all exterior AND interior photos at no extra cost. This ensures your listing looks sunny and inviting, regardless of the actual weather conditions during the shoot.

No, you do not need to be present; in fact, we often find lockbox access is the easiest method for everyone. If the property is a condo with amenities (gym, pool, lounge), please ensure we have fob access to those areas so we can include them in your marketing package.

Both give you a clean floor plan with room dimensions and a total square footage for your listing.

The Basic Floor Plan (included in the Essential Tour) is made with CubiCasa. It shows the total square footage, measured to the outside of the exterior walls.

The Advanced Floor Plan (included in the Plus & Premier Tours) is laser-measured with iGuide. It reports both the interior and exterior area of every floor, is built to Canada’s Residential Measurement Standard (RMS), and comes with the iGuide 3D virtual tour.

All media is delivered via our dedicated Agent Portal. You can view low-resolution previews immediately. To download high-resolution files, payment is required via credit card or debit, which unlocks the download link instantly. If you prefer to pay via e-transfer (to brock@tourshots.com), the listing will be manually unlocked once the transfer is confirmed.
