What areas do you service? Do you charge travel fees?
We primarily service the Central Okanagan. Our standard service area (no travel fee) includes Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, and Peachland. Listings outside of these zones (such as Vernon, Penticton, or Summerland) will incur a travel fee. Please contact us for a specific travel quote.
What is your turnaround time for photos and video?
We guarantee next-day delivery by 9:00 AM for all real estate photography, drone, and virtual tours. Real estate video tours (both cinematic and vertical social reels) are also delivered the next day. While we often deliver video the morning after the shoot, we allow until the end of the next business day for larger video projects to ensure the highest quality editing.
How long does a shoot take?
Most standard photo shoots take between 1 – 1.5 hours. If you are adding video services (such as a cinematic tour or social reel), please allow for 1.5 to 2.5 hours on-site to ensure we capture all necessary footage.
What happens if it rains on the day of the shoot?
We offer a flexible, common-sense weather policy. We can still shoot interiors if it is raining, and we will return to capture drone/exterior photos when the weather clears at no extra charge. We do not charge cancellation or rescheduling fees. You can also easily reschedule your appointment instantly through our online booking system without needing to call.
Do you offer Blue Sky replacement?
Yes! If it is a gloomy day, we include Blue Sky replacement on all exterior AND interior photos at no extra cost. This ensures your listing looks sunny and inviting, regardless of the actual weather conditions during the shoot.
Do I need to be present at the listing during the shoot?
No, you do not need to be present; in fact, we often find lockbox access is the easiest method for everyone. If the property is a condo with amenities (gym, pool, lounge), please ensure we have fob access to those areas so we can include them in your marketing package.
What is the difference between the Basic and Advanced Floor Plans?
Our Basic Floor Plan (included in the Essential Tour package) uses CubiCasa technology and provides Interior Area measurements only.

The Advanced Floor Plan (included in Plus & Premier Tour packages) uses iGuide LiDAR technology. This provides both Interior Area (paint-to-paint) and Exterior Area measurements (including wall thickness), ensuring higher precision and compliance with standard measurement guidelines.
How do I pay and access my media?
All media is delivered via our dedicated Agent Portal. You can view low-resolution previews immediately. To download high-resolution files, payment is required via credit card or debit, which unlocks the download link instantly. If you prefer to pay via e-transfer (to brock@tourshots.com), the listing will be manually unlocked once the transfer is confirmed.
