What’s the difference between iGuide and the basic floor plan?
iGuide adds the walk-through 3D tour and measures to 99% accuracy. The basic floor plan in the Essential package is a schematic plan with room measurements and square footage, at 97% accuracy.
Can I put the tour on MLS?
Yes. You get an unbranded link for MLS and a branded link for everything else.
When is it ready?
The next day, along with the floor plans.
Do you travel outside Kelowna?
Yes. Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country and Peachland are included. Vernon, Summerland, Penticton, Naramata and Big White add a $75 travel fee, and anything further is quoted.
