Questions agents ask
When will I get the photos?
By 9 AM the next morning, ready to upload to MLS. Twilight shoots take up to two business days.
How many photos do I get?
As many as the home needs to show it properly. There’s no fixed cap.
What if it’s cloudy on shoot day?
The shoot goes ahead. Your photos are edited to look bright and sunny, inside and out, at no extra cost. Video and 3D tours show the day as it was. If it’s pouring, I come back for the exteriors for free.
Can I use the photos for print?
Yes. You get full-resolution files for print and MLS-ready versions for the web.
Do you shoot builder and commercial projects?
Yes. Project photography with an unlimited-use licence starts at $400. Get in touch for a quote.
Do you travel outside Kelowna?
Yes. Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country and Peachland are included. Vernon, Summerland, Penticton, Naramata and Big White add a $75 travel fee, and anything further is quoted.
